Our school is taking part in a new project that will run jointly between Halton Schools and Cheshire Police. It aims to support children who are affected by domestic violence, by ensuring school is informed that a child has been present in a domestic incident that occurs outside of school. This then allows school to provide intervention and support the children. At St Michael's our trained key adult is Mr Loughran who liaises with the Police and uses the information to support our children.
