Breakfast and After School Club

St Michael’s offers parents the opportunity to access both a Breakfast and After School Club. Both clubs take place on the school premises but are managed independently from the school. Breakfast club commences at 7:30am until 8:50am, when children are escorted to their classes and is charged at £4.00 per session, including breakfast.

After school club runs from 2.50pm – 5:30pm (2.20pm to 4.30pm on a Friday)

Charging times will be calculated from your child's end of school day time. Fees are charged at 3.75 per hour . Any time in excess of 2 hours is charged per half hour. Charges include a healthy snack.

To book a last minute place for your child please phone text or leave a voicemail message on 07769627111 before 2.00pm on the day of attendance providing your child's name and class.

Should you need to cancel a place please call the above number by 2.00pm the day before the booked session

Parents must complete registration forms before children are able to access this facility. Places are booked directly with Mrs Lyons, our Extended school supervisor.

We ask Parent's cooperation in paying fees on time -either on the day of attendance or in advance.

Should you require any further information please contact the school office.

Pre School

As part of our Extended School provision, St Michael's offers a Pre school for children who have reached their 3rd birthday prior to September 1st.

We offer 15 hour a week part time sessions as well as 30 hour funded sessions to parents who are eligible.

Please follow the link below to the Government website explaining eligibility criteria.

https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare.

Pre school  follows the same admissions policy as the school.  Numbers are limited and parents are asked to complete an application form as early as possible .The cut off point for applications for Pre school is 1st March.

It is important to note that securing a place in St Michael's Pre school does not necessarily guarantee a place in St Michael's school.

Parents are expected to apply for a school place through the Local Authority website.
