I am Miss Christie and I have now been teaching for 11 years. Since working at St Michael's, I have taught in Year 6, 4 and 3 - I was delighted to find out I would be teaching Year 3 again this year; it is one of my favourite year groups!
The last couple of years have been strange for us all and I am so pleased that we are able to return to school and spend time together. I understand that we have missed a lot over the last 2 years however I am confident that my new class are all ready and eager to get back to normal with their learning.
During my lessons, I like to challenge my children as much as possible so they are reaching their full potential. I like to make lessons as creative as possible and enjoy watching children thrive and flourish in their learning. Everybody finds something tricky and I understand this, I believe the most important thing in class is trying your best- I am always here for extra help if it’s needed.
We are so lucky to have some fabulous adults supporting us in class this year including Mrs Shelley, Miss Wiggins and Miss Ellis.
If there are ever any questions, worries or concerns please do not hesitate in contacting me.
