Welcome to EYFS, my name is Miss Owens, and I am the lead within our shared EYFS unit made up of Nursery and Reception.

Throughout the day, the children will engage in a range of learning opportunities, they will have a balance between child initiated learning and adult lead learning. The children complete a lot of their learning within small groups to ensure purposeful and quality learning. During our Super Learning sessions, the children will have the chance to engage in learning within the classroom and in the outdoor learning environment.

Reception children are lucky to take part in a Forest School session each Friday afternoon where they can develop their knowledge of the world around them.

We have a wonderful team of staff working within our EYFS unit who have all worked within EYFS for many years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to be able to support the children.

Staff within our unit are; Miss Owens, Miss Strong, Miss Roberts, Miss Magan & Miss Davies.
